Our standard fees & charges cover all items described in our Summary of Management Services. We also offer a far broader range of services you can call on which can save your own valuable time and effort. Let us be your Owners Corporation experts while you are freed up to do what you do best!
SUMMARY OF MANAGEMENT FEES
Fees for providing the Agreed Services will comprise 3 components:
- Administrative Fees
SUMMARY OF ADDITIONAL FEES & CHARGES
Taxation & Audit Fees
In addition there will be specific fees for:
- Preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
- Preparation and lodgement of Annual Income Tax Return
- Preparation for annual audit of financial records
Fees for additional services such as:
- Additional Committee Meetings
- Addressing Rule Breaches and Dispute Resolution including attendances at VCAT
- Additional Bank Accounts
- Project Management
Will generally be charged at the hourly rate.
Additional Fees Charged To Owners and / or Prospective Lot Owners
Recovery / Arrears Fees
- Preparation and issue of Reminder Notice
- Preparation and issue of Final Fee Notice
- Preparation, Application and Attendance at VCAT / Magistrates Court.
- Owners Corporation Certificates
- Copies of records and documents of the Owners Corporation
